Great win for a young SE team. I didn't see it, but I did not hear anything "controversial" about it, except one SE player got a black eye and another got his tooth knocked out.

I have not seen marietta play, but if Jackson can beat them so can Mclain. But if Mclain plays like they did against Waverly they will be in trouble.

Too bad SE had a starter out w/ a broken foot, and too bad SE did not play their best game. But both teams had good seasons, hopefully all the boys will be back next year for a good 8th grade season.

SVC 7th finals @ SE tonight: SE vs. Piketon. They split the series this season, should be a good one.

SVC seventh grade tourney is @ southeastern begins sat. Huntington is the number one seed I beleive.

Anyone see this game? IT sounds like SE played good in the 2nd half. I have only watched SE play Unioto. Coach Uhrig has them hustling. He sure has a different style than Jordan.

I don't believe the Greenfield frosh have lost, maybe one. The varsity is another story!

Southeastern used to be D3 until 4 or 5 years ago. then they moved to D4, and this year or maybe last year they moved back to D3.

Does anyone know if you can leave the gym then reenter later without having to buy another ticket?

IMO, Howard is not even close to being as good as Polly. Howard could not shoot the ball very good, Polly can run the point and score at will. He averaged about 18 a game last year if I recall.

Greenfield will be decent this year, but IMO they will struggle w/o Vinnie. They have no other big post players. They do have some good guards, esp. Lucas Polly, one of the best ball handlers I have watched.

I remember in 1981 Racine beat Southeastern by a point in 1 or 2 ot's. Racine thought it was such a big win they cut down their own nets! It was SE's only loss besides the state semi's. That was a huge rivalry back then.

Cory's record does not reflect what he has done for the program. He has worked harder than any coach to get the program back on track. He will be missed. Hopefully the superintendent and board will hire someone that has as much determination as Cory. But I did hear a rumor that they were not happy w...

IMO, I just can't see Jordan driving from Richmond Dale to Westfall everyday for practice, games, etc. That would be a hassle.

Piketon, Zane Trace, Unioto, and Adena should all be solid next season. Could make for an interesting league race. I agree with all that is being said at Westfall. If Jordan is even remotely interested in that job they would be crazy not to jump all over that oppurtunity. Are there any teaching pos...
