Its a shame that Waverly is having such a good year and folks still complain about coaching. 24-5 (Best record in school history) SOCII Champs, Sectional Champs, District Champs. Sounds like that coaches are terrible and shouldnt even be out there.

Piketon plays Lakewood on Thursday at Lancaster. If they win they will play the Adena/Wheelersburg winner on Saturday at Lancaster.

Is this the first ever District Championship for the girls? I know they hadn't won a Sectional since '85 but couldn't find anyone that remembered a District Title....

updated through 4/15: Some very good games last night as Adena and ZT both squeeked out W's, Magill came back in a big way for Huntington and Paint Valley puts up a 10 spot in the 10th inning at the VA.
