“Janitors?”

You obviously are unaware of what happened with Kaskey at Burg.

For all the online time , research , thought, pages and pages of writing, critical thinking that you’ve put into Burg and Ironton football on SEO preps …. You could’ve had an online Masters Degree

You know the funny thing though, on all of it he speaks the truth. Nothing he has said has been fabricated!
Thanks for the compliment.

Truth, facts, and data can be hard for some to digest. 1989 was a long time ago, and it is just killing these IHS fans that despite all the talent, they still can’t win the big prize. Plus, Burg winning it in 2017 really eats at their souls.

If no state title comes by 2028 (after the greatest IHS team of all time passes through), some of these IHS fans will need to be on suicide watch.
But burg winning a title in 2017 means it took burg their entire programs history to win the same amount of titles Ironton won in ten years.

And Pendelton has made it to more title games in the last six years than burg has their entire programs history.

And burg has only won their region 3 times in the last 30 years or so.

No Ironton fans are envious of little sis 😭

Sounds like woodard is losing his locker room. Old and outta touch?

Nope, Burg is just fine. Let’s not forget, Woodward has a state ring. How about Pendleton?
2017 burg aint walkin through that door. Burgs HC cant beat Ironton. Cant beat Prep. Cant get outta the region. Its either coaching or lack of talent or both.
Unfortunately 1989 isn’t returning either.

Last Ironton players to win a ring are in their 50’s!!
That 2017 ring cant beat ironton or prep & neither can burgs old outdated HC.

It’s cute how you try to put ironton with Prep…Prep is trending up…ironton is not…Burg didn’t win the region either but ironton didn’t even play for it lol. Scores in state games getting worse and didn’t even make the regional championship game last year = trending down

Trending down lol, you can only hope, the Pirates are the ones trending down, hell they’re abandoning ship in the Burg lol. Looks like Green and Portsmouth are going to be trending up.

True, by Burg standards, the recent years have not been as good as we would like. But consider this: in 2 of the last 3 years, Wheelersburg has went further in the playoffs than Ironton!

Meanwhile, IHS fans are on this site are bragging about trends. LOL!!

They can’t because you are 100% correct.

Pendleton’s first year was a massive jump up; great coaching job.

Year two was another great coaching job that took Ironton close to the state title.

Year three, all going well until the clunker against Kirtland. Awful job in preparation for that game as well as bad game day coaching.

Year four, loss to Burg in playoffs. Another terrible game day coaching performance.

Year five, chance to prove all is well. Loaded team, no Kirtland, no Coldwater. Once again, IHS lays an egg in the championship.

Year six, another poor performance in the playoffs.

So this year, all the excuses that have been tossed out by Ironton faithful are gone:
- Large senior class (probably largest in D5)
- Talented roster (again, best in D5)
- No OVC schedule to hold them back
- No Kirtland

Everything IHS fans could ask for is in place for a state title. No excuses left!

Let us remind everyone yet again.

Burg football has won the region 3 times in about the last 30 years .
Took them their entire programs history to win 2 titles. When ironton did it in 10 years .
And Pendleton has gotten Ironton to more title games in 6 years than Woodard has seen his entire career.

Burg has been trending down for awhile now with no signs of any change in that trend.

😂 and in ironton’s entire program history, how many state titles have they won? Oh, it’s 2….sooo….it has taken ironton even longer to only win 2? Right? Y’all been playing the game longer and only have 2…closing in on 40 years since the last, no?

Ironton won 2 in ten years
Took.burg their entire program history to match it at a lower level.

And burg cant get out of their region

Softest program in seo.

Burg is lil sis. The Ironton and Prep doormat. Same thing this season. Too soft.
