You can see some of their stats here

It looks like 5, 12 and 19 are some of their key players.

Looking at the box score of the Fredricktown game, admittedly not the same as watching the game, it seems that statistically Fredricktown really controlled the game... they had a lot more rush yards and time of possession but they also had 3 turnovers which was the difference in a close game

Centerburg kicked 2 FG's

Same story against Ridgewood... seems like Centerburg is very adept at taking turnovers and turning them into points

Looks like their QB likes to run ALOT. Hopefully we can contain him and not let him beat us running the ball. He has pretty good stats 1500 yds passing and 1200 yds rushing.

From looking at the stats. Its easy to see how to beat Centerburg. The hard part is executing it. Stop or slow down the QB (#5). If Valley can do that, they win. If they can't, it will be a long night and longer drive home for the Indians.

Fredericktown actually fumbled about 6 times last Friday. Ball security has been a Fredericktown issue all season, we knew that going in and that's why its basketball season in Freddie land.

Centerburg has been opportunistic when they force turnovers.

^^^^ This times 3. Ridgewood had over 400 yards of offense but Centerburg is very adapt at making their opponent pay for mistakes and turnovers and their kids seem to have the knack of stepping up and making a big play when they need it. They are also very solid on special teams. If Valley commits penalties and turns the ball over Centerburg will take advantage. They seem to play a bend but don't break defense. They may give up some yards between the 20's, but they definitely stiffen up in the red zone. This should be a really good game. Good Luck to both teams!!

We are about 30 hours to kickoff.....Looks like clear and mid 20's from kickoff through the end of the game so weather shouldn't be a factor. I think the Indians are healthy and ready to roll. Hope to see a large group from Scioto County in attendance.

Any of the Valley folks know which games you have Centerburg film of? I think Mt. Gilead was one, presumably Fredericktown was another, just wondering what the other is?
