Warren Vs Meadowbrook

Post by Auburntgrfan »

So what's happening? After last week Warren faces a must win game. The Colts are coming off a win over Shenandoah that has lost to Frontier, that has been not very good the last couple of years. Warren lost to Philo and took a butt whuppin last week, soooooo. Without Miller and possibly Schafer this week Warren needs to muster some offensive firepower. ie: Let Leffingwell and Vincent, Ryan fill the air, defense needs to get back to last years style of play (scrap that 3 man front maybe???), disguise the pressure some at least, Athens sure seemed to be able to know just where to go. Mix it up on offense, seems to be very predictable, at least run the plays out of a different set, something. All fixable and a good season is still out there. Bet there has been some long evenings by the coaching staff this week. Come on Blue and get healed up, come together and play the game for the love of it. Do your best, play as a team and things will work themselves out. Luv-ya-blue.

No comments? Everyone must be holding their breath! Lol. Boys seem focused and upbeat. The energy feels good. Chas will be missed- offense and defense. No doubt about that. Hopefully they can gel without him.

Warren will win this game convincingly. Meadowbrook just does not have much firepower.

From what I have seen Warren hasnt had much fire power either. Beat a bad marietta team. 12 on Philo and 14 on Athens I wouldnt exactly call that lighting up the scoreboard. With that being said ill take Meadowbrook to win in a close one.

Meadowbrook scrimmaged Philo, both teams played even IMO. Meadowbrook very big upfront and have played well defensively. They are also very well balanced on offense with two good TE's and WR's that can catch and run. Hope Warren is prepared defensively.

With Chas out look for Sophmore Cole Wigal to handle the kicking duties tonight and for some other Soph's to get in as well. Don't know the status on Lance Shaffer for tonight guess we will see at game time. Go Blue!

What happened? Couldn't make it to this one, but heard Warren led most of the game then lost it the last couple minutes. Anyone know?

Too bad they didn't take Auburn's advice on how to win the game!
