I dont think Stephens ankle is that bad, Peebles probably just figured with their up tempo offense that he should not push it too much. He did play some by the way.

Nate Stephens is a tough nose player and I doubt you will be able to keep him off the floor when North Adams come to town Friday.

You're right about that peeblesfan97. Nate works hard and I'd say keeping him off the floor vs. NA would be difficult!

Is he hurt or not? If he isn't he should be starting. He's a good player.

Well "Luvit" i said he had a sore ankle not broken. Another thing resting him for one game so he will be healthy for the rest of the season makes sense to me, and I agree he should be playing when healthy.

They'll definitely need him Friday. Hope he's back on the floor by then.

Not a lot.... Someone else could give you much more accurate minutes. But one thing for sure, he plays hard every time he's out there.

Suprising how much one can learn by sitting across from the bench and listening. :122246 :122246

Andrew and Blake getting in foul trouble didn't help Peebles any.

Something else that doesn't help is lack of DEFENSE. Peebles has a great run going but playing defense the way they are they will beat no one come tourney time.

Cheer'em on, I have not heard anything about Stephens' ankle I don't think it turned out to be anything serious. On the other hand as you mentioned I am curious to see who will be starting Friday, I would not be supprised to see more changes as the season goes on.

just wondering why it is that you would not be surprised to see more changes? they were winning so why would you change things?

Luvit
If Sephens was healthy at Manchester then I stand corrected I was just told that his ankle was sore and assumed that is why he did not start, if he was not hurt he should have started. I agree with you I would not change things either. I do not always understand why certain players get taken out of the games and from what I have seen I just meant that if things do change I would not be happy about it but not shocked either.

There's roughly thousands of reasons a kid could have started or not. Maybe a coach likes a certain player better for a certain matchup that game, maybe there was something the coach saw in practice that week, maybe-maybe-maybe. I doubt any of us go to every practice and see every second of what goes on, but the coach does. Peebles won the game. They could have played better, but they won.

Now let's go home and beat North Adams.
