However must coaches would be embarrassed by the shirts that are going around. "He's our Howie now" and something about a stomp? If I were coaching I'd want the attention on the kids not me and certainly not have people selling a shirt that promotes the coach! I'm surprised he hasn't ask them to stop selling them!
I was told that this yearโs t-shirts say something about the stomp not working and Howard been losing his brakes.
Rumors are swirling about the stomp and stare might be heading south.Scotty Hobart wrote: โFri Mar 03, 2023 2:30 pmThe Ultimate Lancer wrote: โFri Mar 03, 2023 10:11 amathens78 wrote: โThu Feb 19, 2015 4:54 am Like him or not he can coach. From my research I found that Howie started teaching and coaching at Racine Southern in 1975. He was there until he went to Eastern in 1998. He stayed at Eastern until 2011, when he went to FH. He had a house on the same property near Tuppers Plains while he coached at all three of those schools. Upon talking to the AD at Trimble I found that he is now living in a house in the Trimble district.
Word is heโs going back there. How old is he?bengals05 wrote: โThu Mar 23, 2023 3:23 pmWolfe left for Waverly in 1985!!G.W.A. wrote: โFri Feb 20, 2015 6:36 pmHe did not take over for Carl until around 87. There is no way that he is coming back!!Tom Smyth wrote: โFri Mar 24, 2023 1:29 pmWord is heโs going back there. How old is he?bengals05 wrote: โThu Mar 23, 2023 3:23 pmWolfe left for Waverly in 1985!!G.W.A. wrote: โFri Feb 20, 2015 6:36 pm

Heard from a really good source that Howie is interested in FH now that they are D4. Would they take him back?
Howdee doody back to FH? Sounds about right. Everyone knows how he loves to chase talent.Chief Kdogg wrote: โWed Apr 05, 2023 1:57 pmHeard from a really good source that Howie is interested in FH now that they are D4. Would they take him back?
He could start by explaining to Thompson that recruiting players and having them as live ins is very problematicReedsvilleEaglesFan wrote: โThu Apr 06, 2023 10:05 amMaybe he can teach the current coach how itโs more important to end the game with a couple of timeouts in his pocket than it is to win the game.
Also that, you arenโt supposed to admit that you talk kids out of playing football. Gotta keep that on the down low.HT Rebel wrote: โThu Apr 06, 2023 1:33 pmHe could start by explaining to Thompson that recruiting players and having them as live ins is very problematicReedsvilleEaglesFan wrote: โThu Apr 06, 2023 10:05 amMaybe he can teach the current coach how itโs more important to end the game with a couple of timeouts in his pocket than it is to win the game.
Howie doesnโt have to recruit. They want to play for him and schools recruit him to coach for them.HT Rebel wrote: โThu Apr 06, 2023 1:33 pmHe could start by explaining to Thompson that recruiting players and having them as live ins is very problematicReedsvilleEaglesFan wrote: โThu Apr 06, 2023 10:05 amMaybe he can teach the current coach how itโs more important to end the game with a couple of timeouts in his pocket than it is to win the game.
Word in Chester is that Howie is coming back home to coach his grandson. Howie tried to talk him into staying but he didnโt want to be on the first Trimble football team to lose to Eastern twice in the same century.
