I don't see Boro in the 8th spot....haven't played much competition imo. I'd sooner see logan elm own #2 over peake.

Don't know much about Hillsboro, but who has Logan elm played, besides peake? Actually nobody besides canal Winchester.

I haven't seen 'Boro play. Heard a less than enthusiastic scouting report on them. Here's their schedule so far(as posted on highland county press):

Western Brown 65, Hillsboro 55
Washington 49, Hillsboro 62
Hillsboro 67, London 66
Hillsboro 81, Whiteoak 58
Eastern Brown 48, Hillsboro 56
McClain 33, Hillsboro 53
Fairfield 54, Hillsboro 59
Hillsboro 49, Logan Elm 59

Of these teams, only Western Brown (6-1), Fairfield (5-4), and Logan Elm (7-1), have winning records. They barely beat London (0-6), and Fairfield played them down to the wire.

After more than 2 weeks off they play Madison Plains, Miami Trace, and Chilli. Gonna be a rough New Years.

Hillsboro was leading Logan elm in the 4th quarter and could have won the game if they mpake a few shots in the 4th. they have not lost since davonta aimes has returned from injury. he is one of the most explosive players in the scol.

I have a hard time seeing Huntington falling from 4th to out completely, even though it was a terrible loss. Just because of the lack of other top teams.

I also don't see why a team should be rewarded for losing to good teams. Yes, Chillicothe's schedule has been tough, but they have also only beaten one team with even close to a winning record(Fairfield Union) Chillicothe will be there in the end, but for now, I don't see a good argument for them, outside of potential.

Hillsboro hosts Madison Plains on Tuesday, we'll see how they stand there, even though MP just dropped back to back overtime games to bad teams.

I didn't know who to put 8th....so I went with a team no one talks about....now we know a little more about Hillsboro. They played Logan Elm well and have won 6 straight....they are better than most teams. Top 8? A little short, but a chance to show with the upcoming games.
