Here is my stab at the D3 seeding. While their record doesn't show it, Alexander is the best team on the east side. It will be interesting to see if the coaches see it that way. Reminds me a lot of 2015 when Zane Trace had a similar record coming into the tournament and ended up losing in the district finals.
